The MedixSafe MS1 Narcotics Locker is smaller than the M1 with all the same features; PIN, and proximity card. Like the M1 – MS1 Narcotics Locker technologies allow for individual accountability and automated record keeping – assuring compliance with new, stricter regulations.
The MS1 Narcotics Locker is equipped with a stand-alone net-workable TCP/IP based controller and can require both an individual PIN and/or Proximity Card to gain access. All PIN and card activity is recorded in the PIN and card reader memory which stores up to 50,000 events and serve up to 30,000 users with multiple facility codes.
Any PC-based computer, with internet access, can be equipped to remotely manage and monitor any number of mobile units. The MS1 Narcotics Locker is made of heavy gauge steel construction with a durable powder coat finish and a 600 lb. locking mechanism. Each unit comes with pre-drilled holes for bolting to any structurally sound surface.
